Homemade peanut brittles, pindarotsjes zelf gemaakte
Have you ever made your own peanut brittles? Well, if you haven't, you should. It's easy, and it tastes so much better! The ingredients are, not surprisingly, peanuts and chocolate!
Preparation: 15 minutes
Waiting time in total: 75 minutes

You'll need

  • One bar of milk chocolate (180g)
  • Peanuts (unsalted), the bag was around 230g, I think I used something like 200g of it.
The steps
  1. Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie
  2. Slightly roast the peanuts
  3. Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate and mix.
  4. Let the mix cool down in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Cover a oven tray with baking paper. Place small dots of the mix on the plate and put it back in the fridge. Let it cool for 60 minutes and you're done!
