Banana cake with pecan nuts

For this lovely banana cake with pecan nuts you'll need this; (read on for instructions and ingredients!) 

  • 2 banana's (doh!)
  • about 80 grams of peanuts
  • 1 mix for cake
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • some lemon juice
  • wipe cream
  1. Preheat oven (160 °C)
  2. Mash one banana and crumble 60grams of the pecan nuts.
  3. Prepare cakemix according to instructions
  4. Stir the mashed banana and crumbled pecan nuts trough the mix.
  5. Cut the other banana in slices and sprinkle with lemon juice
  6. Grease the tin.
  7. Add half of the mix
  8. Cover with banana slices
  9. Add the other half
  10. But it below/in the middle of the oven and wait for around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve with wipe cream and pecan nuts!
